After looking at my local auto parts store and not finding anything that would work on my old vehicle, I found this. I have a 2005 Honda CRV and this works great. I had to do a little adjusting and turned the hook a couple of different ways to find a good fit. With our bumpy roads, it held in place very well and seems to be well made. Now I can use my phone for GPS since my old Garmin is pretty useless in giving accurate directions. I did see some mounts that were much less expensive but thought they may be too flimsy. As many have mentioned, the seller contacted me the day after I received it and wanted to make sure everything was working well. If it wasn’t, they were very willing to do everything they can to make it work correctly. I would definitely recommend this product.

Excellent customer service. I really love the dash mount and it was very easy to install. Clear instructions.Pros:- Nice, solid, sturdy mount- Easy to install with clear instructions- Full motion with simple, one button release- Excellent customer service and prompt communication. Coco refunded the cost, without the hassle of returning.Cons:- Does not accommodate pop socket cases. An additional 1/4” in bracket height needed. I really wanted this to work, but due to the pop socket, my phone easily popped out.I highly recommend if you don’t have a pop socket attached to your case.

Very easy to install. I live in the old part of my city, lots of cobblestone roads. I drive a 1997 Ford Ranger, not exactly known for its smooth ride. Once installed (on the lowest part of the air vent) it doesn’t move, the phone didn’t fall off. Very happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately this did not fit my RAM 2012 1500. The style of this doesn’t allow for gear shifting. Definitely in another vehicle it would be a great option. The plus side is that it hooks to vent!! So it ensures it won’t fall when properly tightened. Customer service from this company was also great. Very responsive .

I bought a phone mount from VANMASS and had to return it, not because there was a problem with the product, but because my 2011 Prius has an odd central vent, and I could not attach the mount to it. After I returned it, a representative named Alice contacted me and asked why I had returned it. I explained the situation, and I sent a photo of the vent. Alice worked with me and sent a new mount that attached differently and worked on my Prius. The level of service she provided was off the charts, and if there were a rating of more than five stars, I would give it. Thank you Alice, and thank you VANMASS.
