I have a small head and this is way too big so it makes the mask part just go into my eyes. It’s also not friendly to glasses. I had hoped the holes for the mouth would help both breathing be made easier and also my glasses not to dog but it doesn’t do either thing. It might be because of the size and fit not working at all but I can’t tell. I wish someone made a smaller, half one with just an open mouth so my nose could stay warm but I could still breathe air and not fog my glasses.

Great balaclava for moderate cold weather. The biggest ‘plusses’ on the item are the screen mesh at the nose that prevents fogging of your goggles/glasses, and the neckline is very long to allow tucking into your undershirt. I plan to buy a couple more and I highly recommend this balaclava to anyone searching for one.

Not a bad balaclava. I wish that they had made this for a bit larger head, so that it would be “slightly loose” rather than “slightly tight.”Don’t get me wrong, it’s not “really tight”, it’s just “snug.”One really nice feature is the mesh over the mouth/nose. You can breathe right through it, but it keeps the wind off your nose and mouth.It’s also nice to be able to take the hood off the top of your head, or just pull the whole shebang down around your neck. I took it out in 20F weather this morning, and frankly it was too warm. And that is a very good thing.

I bought a medium. It’s a bit too big. Had to take in an inch on each side of the face mask. It’s very warm but the fit is not what I expected.

I use this under my motorcycle helmet and i have no windshield so that means all the air. It keeps me warm and the screen allows me to breath without getting to much wind at interstate speeds. Havent been out below 30 degrees Fahrenheit yet but so far so good.
