   I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into with this product. Would it hold my phone? Would it be sturdy? Was the lock button necessary to engage for every ride???As it turned out I could relax! This holding tool has my back. I have owned this product for about 1 month and it has been extremely reliable.The spring that holds things down is strong enough that I pretty much immediately stopped utilizing the “lock” button. The roads I travel are significantly holey, bumpy, and rough in general and I no longer am concerned that my phone will pop out regardless of the ferocity of the bump. This container is just a rock-star. No matter how bumpy it is, I’ve never even observed my phone getting “jiggled” within the embrace of this tool.*update – after about a month and a half I hit a bump big enough that I removed my hands knowing that the bump would be unpleasant to feel ripple through my shoulders and body. So it was about 1-3 inches of a pavement drop and the phone mount gave up the ghost and my screen hit the ground hard enough to shatter the protector. A good test of what can happen! Has not reduced my satisfaction in the least. I still don’t use the switch on the back. Though I may have stopped taking this bump as fast and try to avoid it again. (End update)The only thing I have found to criticize is the advertisement. The advertisement clip in amazon showed that you could easily twist from portrait mode to landscape mode – but in order to do that, you would need to allow for free rotation on the ball joint behind the device (at least my experience has told me that). If you had that free rotation, though, it would also mean that the angle of your device would probably dip up/down and side to side while you ride. I prefer that the pitch & angle does NOT change so I have locked that ball joint down (via tight hand twisting) to handle the bumpy ride and not move around. So far so good!It is a little tricky to decide how many inserts to use around your handle bars and it may not be “perfect” since there is so much variety in handle bar size, but hopefully you can lock it down with the included items, too.

   I purchased this bike phone holder, mainly for navigating bike trails around the city. It was easy to assemble and has everything you need that comes with it. It’s also easy to place your phone securely on it with one hand.It also has a safety lock feature on the back of the holder to prevent anyone from trying to snatch your phone out of the holder. That’s a plus feature for this product. If you’re a beginner or an avid, outdoor cyclist, and love to navigate around your city, I highly recommend you get one of these. It makes riding much easier.

   After trying a magnetic mount and knocking the phone off it several times while keeping the eyes on the road…I started looking for a mechanical mount that would hold and support the expensive phone securely and not cause driving hazards. Well this is the one! I adjusted the width so that the phone in a case easily slips in and out, yet it is not going anywhere even when the car hits a pothole or the driver reaches out for the volume knob and hits the phone instead. The vent mount appears beefy enough to hold the weight and so far it does its job very well. Overall, I found what I have been looking for. A good product!

   Great product, it feels solid and holds the phone as it should I have noticed that it is stable and I’m not afraid to put my new phone it. Two minor grievances take a star off. First the hooking mechanism is fairly clunky, requires much trial and error. It has 3 inserts to adjust, but they are hard to maneuver, you need to take the entire thing off and put it back on to change them. Second, the adjustment knob on the back requires you to re-adjust as you ride, it seems like vibration and heat make it so that the attachment just starts loosening up a bit. Its gradual so you won’t be surprised by the entire thing just sagging, you will notice slight tilting until it just sort of flops around. During colder days this doesn’t seem to happen.

   I am impressed with the quality of this item, especially given the low price. I expected far less, and am quite pleased. The mount installed easily on my handle bars, and the different rubber spacers and quick release allow for a variety of bar sizes. The swivel on the mount allows the phone holder to move adequately, but can be tightened enough to be stable. The sliding phone holders move smoothly in unison, and securely holds my Galaxy S22 Ultra with its case on. This is a good deal!

   The clasp on this phone mount comes with 3 layers of rubber to allow the user to change their preferred diameter on their vehicle. The unique thing about most modern Vespa’s are the only mounting points on the handle area is the very skinny mirror arms. While the phone mount does get close, it isn’t a sturdy enough grip to hold the phone upright when achieving speeds above 20 mph or going over bumps. I’ve simply added some padded double sided tape for grip and to increase the diameter of the mount area, and it’s worked like a charm. Loving my mount!

   Pros:I got this for my new Trike (three wheel recumbent bicycle). The trike is low to the ground and really fun to ride, so I’m on it several hours at a time. I bought the phone holder and immediately noticed that it would fit most any diameter bike tube. I had to adjust it to get the perfect angle, and once I did and it was tightened it was very sturdy, did not move with bumping or putting phone on or off.Now, everything I ride, I actually can watch the news, monitor texts, phone calls, etc. The unit turns sideways so the view on the screen can be best seen. I also use it with my trail and maps apps. – shows me where I am, where I’m going, and where I’ve been.This phone holder is significantly more substantial than others I’ve tried to use and it stretches to fit even the larger size phones.Cons:None

   I really like this cell phone mount. The only problem is that the lock does not work very well. After a long ride, I tried to unlock the lock to get my phone out and almost broke the lock trying to unlock it. The lock is the only problem. The mount is great, the lock is not.
