I used this pack for mountain biking. It is still going strong after 17 months of use. In fact, I’ve been waiting for months for something to fail so I can upgrade, but this thing just won’t quit! The pros:-Very durable for the price point. Nothing has failed, but I have seen some slight deterioration (see cons).-Plenty of room for stuff. Main pocket is spacious, and the waist strap pockets are really handy. I carried some chain links, a multi-tool, a spare tube, a pressure guage, smartphone, keys, tire levers, and sometimes a snack with room to spare.-Well laid out. Everything is comfortable and intuitive to use.-Easy to fill bladder, including ice.The cons:-Poor ventilation between the pack and my body, including under the straps.-Slight decrease in integrity over time. Bladder began to tear around the hanging eyelets (I reinforced with duct tape and it worked perfectly after that), and any zipper that I rarely use would get corroded/gunked up due to saturation with sweat.-The bladder is suspended via velcro straps. I hated this feature. Velcro frays quickly (although my straps are still working fine), is fiddly to use in this case, and it looks bad. Function is fine, but ease of use and perceived quality are poor.-Round, threaded bladder does not lend itself to pouring contents out in a controlled manner. It is also difficult to hold the bag open for drying. (I found success using spring loaded tongs to hold it open.)Overall, this is a great product for the price. It can carry more than enough water and supplies for a 2-hour ride, and it holds up against wear and tear.

So I recently got a new job as a field outreach Representative so I am outside a LOT. 6 hours a day in rain, snow, or the burning hot sun.I used to have a small shoulder bag that carried my cards, phone, water bottle, snacks, and other necessities but it was weighing my shoulder so much and it was also a struggle to try to reach for things I needed: especially water.Having to juggle everything made it hard to drink water.Come this beautiful invention. It is insulated, carries nearly half of what your daily required water intake is (which is 4L), and it’s roomy and light!!! Not only that, the flower pattern is so cute!!I can drink cold water whenever I want when out in the field and carry snacks with me wherever I go. And if homeowners are so kind, they offer me water bottles in which I can also stick in my back in the main insulated pocket!!!While I did give this 5 stars, there are a few nit picky problems I have:Yes, the condensation from cold water WILL soak your back. Not a big deal. I line the bottom of the insulated pocket with a small hand towel. THE BLADDER ITSELF IS SECURE AND DOES NOT LEAK***Two, I know this is mainly used for hiking, but if you are in my position you wear no sleeve shirts. That being said, the underlining part of the arm straps aren’t very comfortable under my arm since there’s no clothing there. This won’t be a problem for hikers who usually wear long sleeves.Third is super nit picky but it disgusts me everytime. If you aren’t continuously drinking your cold water, water will remain in the tube and warm up. So going to drink it again you get a fresh shot of hot water which gives me the heebie jeebies cause I just think it is spit. I wish there was a way to close off the tube somehow so water doesn’t stay in there. But I truly can’t complain. This is just a personal issue ????Aside from these SMALL personal issues, it’s perfect and I am so thankful for it. Now I can get my daily water intake without struggling.

The only problem I have with this is the tube when you drink out of it tastes very chemical.Plus the bag is small you can put much in it.

Gave this to a friend for her birthday and she LOVED it. I was able to fit biowipes, local trails book, field guide, poo shovel and a boot brush in there and she will still have plenty of room to fill the bladder and pack lots of snacks. It’s got lots of pockets, beautiful color and feels to be made of a sturdy material
