   The problem with the RZR is that it is wired as common 12V in the light socket. The bulb has 2 bridge rectifiers with common gnd. This is a fundamental incompatibility that results in “brakelight” mode all the time.I took the bulb housing apart by forcing a utility blade between the aluminum light base and the black Bakelite plastic socket. The pic on the left shows the original unit opened up.How this bulb works: The ‘bulb’ expects 0V(ground) on the black wire, and 12V on the red “+” wire to power the circuit. When the sense wire (other red) is at ground and + powered, the low beam/running light is on. When powered and the sense wire is at 12V, then high beam/brake light is on and is very bright. (the RZR work just the opposite way).To make this light compatible, it needs to be converted to a common ground circuit.The schematic in pic2 shows my modification . Pic3 shows the completed circuit. It works great but I would recommend not buying and modifying it – just buy another brand that works for the RZR.I dug into the issues and modified it because it was a challenge and I knew there was a way to make it work.

   Your car/truck will think there’s no bulb in the socket because of how little power LEDs draw. So buy a load resistor and YouTube how to slap em in there. You don’t want to be that tacky, cheap, cant solve any problems in their life kinda person with a blinker that goes a million miles an hour because you took a shortcut. You look like a goofball if anyone knows what their lookin’ at. If you’re gonna do the LEDs, do it right. As far as this specific set here, these are good. These are the ones you want. Well, any bulb with LEDs surrounding the enclosure. Don’t buy the ones from AutoZone or whatever that have literally 2 LEDs. They’re not bright enough, especially during the day. You don’t have to buy these specifically but they’re good and they’re what you want. Just make sure they have LEDs around the whole thing and a couple on the top. YW

   We had to order several bulbs that say they fit the car, but they didn’t. This bulb should fit all Ford Escape and Mercury Mariner cars, 2008 through 2012. Ours is a hybrid, and it fit so I don’t think there is a difference in the bulb across hybrids.Let me save you hours of time, the OEM part number for this bulb is: 9T4Z-13466-AThey have it in red and white, we got white… the casing is red so no mater what color you get, it will be red shining through the casing.

   Nice decent quality LED bulbs. Worth the price and I’d order again if I needed to! Do some Research on your vehicle. These (not specifically, just LED) will cause some hyper flash issues on some vehicles cause your car will think a light is out). Just be expecting that as a potential obstacle to overcome (not specific to just these, any LED bulbs on some older vehicles)

   Bought this for my 2007 F150. It works, nice bright light ,but had to put the old bulb back in, after the blinker was going lightning speed sadly. We left in the one for the back up light , but it is not working as a blinker, sadly

   I’ve had difficulty seeing at night since I’ve hit my mid 40’s and always back into my parking spot. I bought these hoping it would light up my parking spot a little more. WOW, it lit it up a lot more. These are incredibly bright! I love when a product exceeds expectations.
