   The lithium spray worked instantly on a squeaky fence hinge, but I do have one complaint. The spray is white and it stays white. Its basically white grease and its thick when you spray it on. You can’t spray it into a tiny gap in a hinge like more oily sprays. This is not a deal breaker, its just what it is. After I sprayed the hinges I left it on thinking the white would go away, but days later its was still white… its grease, duh. I just didn’t realize. So I wiped it off the outside of the hinges yesterday and now you can’t see much of the white grease. Again, it worked great, you just have to be prepared to clean up the inevitable excess, unless your use-case allows for spraying it into a hole where the white won’t be seen, or if you simply don’t care. My fence hinges are black so I had to clean it off. No big deal. Looks fine now. And no squeak, and I think it will last for years because again its thick and greasy. Lithium grease is good, just hard to clean off wood. haha. Seriously, it was hard to clean off the fence wood. Maybe use a piece of cardboard to protect areas you don’t want sprayed.

   We live in a very cold climate, and when the weather starts changing to cooler temperatures, our garage door has a really hard time opening! We have been using competitors white lithium products for years but still experience problems with our garage door opening and closing, we still need to manually lift it up. I just figured that was the way it was going to be and so we have just “dealt” with our garage door woes until I found this WD-40 white lithium spray! Within the first couple of applications, our garage door is FINALLY opening on its own without us needing to manually lift it!!! Even on cold mornings, it opens effortlessly!! I’ll never ever go with another brand again! I only wish I would have discovered this WD-40 White Lithium spray brand years ago!!

   The glider chair we used to rock our son to sleep developed an annoying squeak, metal on metal, on a bearing of some sort. Tried Teflon based stuff which only lasted a day. This spray stopped the squeak. It came back after a week, but a second spray did it in for a few more weeks and has yet to return. Also stopped the squeal of opening my car doors. Seems to have good staying power and great on metal on metal.

   Used it on my garage door , hinges, rollers and roller pins and rail track.Just cleaned roller tracks .I can’t believe a) how quiet it is now b) how much sawdust and crap was in my tracks.The door has never been this smooth and quiet. Will be using anywhere you want lube to stay in place, car hinges, trunk/hood release , shed hinges. TailgateEtc etc.

   During the winter the wheels of my wheelchair dry out very quickly, plus the salt and snow, truly damage my wheelchair a lot, so I decided to buy this to protect it and so far is working well. My caster wheels roll with ease; I tend to check the my wheels weekly during the winter and apply more of this product if needed but with this particular product, I don’t need to reapply it so often, it truly last a lot. Highly recommended for wheelchair maintenance ????

   USED IT ON ALL METAL ON GARAGE DOOR AS IT WAS SQUEAKING WHEN IT WENT UP/DOWN. SPRAYED ALL METAL PARTS AND WAITED HALF AN HOUR. RAISED DOOR AND NO MORE SQUEAKING.

   Don’t know much about this product, but it appears to work as intended. I used it specifically for the mechanical moving parts of my garage door and it seems to have lessened the amount of noise my garage door makes when opening and closing. So I believe it deserves a 4 star rating, and I would recommend!..

   Being a fan of WD-40 products, I like this Specialist Protective White Lithium Grease Spray for multiple applications. I initially bought it specifically for a set of patio chairs with metal frames and metal parts for rocking and swiveling. I applied this spray and let it set overnight. The chairs would not swivel at all but after sitting overnight with one application of this spray lithium grease, they broke loose the next morning. As they were still stiff and squealing so I applied another shot of grease that morning and worked on swiveling the chairs. As time passed, they got easier to use and now they operate almost as when new. Good stuff that works fine if you give it time to work.
