   Customer service is outsrandng, they went above and beyond! This is a very good product….now. I ordered one which was a lemon, lemons happen sometimes. The phone gripper release button was sticking and would not release so that the phone could be taken out of the holder. Contacted them and they said that they were aware of this problem and they were sourcing elsewhere and they immediately sent me a replacement. Works great. I also, screwed up sticking the adhesive part in the incorrect spot on my dash and needed a replacement, which they were kind enough to send me a new one to get me back on track. Very happy with this product and customer support if you have any issues. Will be buying another one of these for my other vehicle.

   When I was looking for a car mount, I chose to spend a little more on VANMASS because of its warranty and the reviews lauding their customer service. I have had 11 months of exceptional performance from the car mount. It broke (after 11 months of hard use), I reached out to customer service, and within less than 2 hours (that’s just insanely fast!) I had a response. They explained the issue, how they’ve addressed it in their new model, and arranged for a replacement. It’s been less than a work week and I have my new and improved car mount and an additional one of their products (a hub) as a bonus. I am seriously impressed with the quality of customer service (thanks Helen!) and how this company backs their products. The car mount is awesome and now I’d buy anything they make.

   I’ve had this product for a good while now. I would have liked it to last a while longer, but the thing is made out of plastic and sits in my car 24/7. I get that eventually it’s going to give out. But this morning as I went to move my phone it came apart in my hands ???? R.I.P.I’ll probably just buy a new one. It’s actually a good phone mount and I definitely recommend it. It’s really easy to install and it never unstuck itself. 10/10 you know other than it falling apart on me

   I bought this to replace a poorly performing vent holder (it kept falling off the vent). This holder is great! It can attach to a window, vent, or any flat, smooth surface. It has a sticky disc to form a base on a non-smooth surface. I bought mine to put on the window, but then I found that the vent attachment is simple and effective–it has a locking mechanism, and the attachment clip has a rubber surface so for a thick vent bar, like mine, it holds even without locking. The lockable ball joint on the phone holder allows pointing the phone in any direction. Using the vent clip, the phone holder cannot be extended out away from the vent. Not a problem for me. But on glass or other surface, the suction device can be extended out several inches to bring the phone closer to the driver. I would have used this option, as it seems very effective, but for now the vent attachments is sufficient. The very best feature, however, is the one-hand, push-button operation for opening the phone grip on the holder. No more steering with the knee while using two hands to get the phone into or out of the phone holder.

   I’ve had it for about a year now. Not long after I bought it the back button broke but I could still friction fit my phone. Then recently I was transferring it between cars and two of the screw in brackets holding it in the ball thing broke off. I’m still able to screw on the bolt but it’s now loss and I have to keep adjusting it when ever I take my phone off. It’s good but it wouldn’t last longer than 9-10 monthsEdit: i was contacted by the company and offered a free replacement as the one i got was deemed faulty and they had a newer version with out the issues i had. fantastic customer severe got in in the mail right away. works just as good if not better.

   I’ve had this phone mount for 10 months and it has been working great. Until a few days ago, I got in the car and saw that the holder had fallen of the mount. I contacted the customer support, and in less than 6 hours they got back to me and said they will send a replacement and it’s already on it’s way! I was really happy with the customer service and am very glad to be receiving the phone mount for my car again.

   I ordered this to use in a tractor trailer. I used the adhesive plate and the suction on the dash. It is on there! It’s not coming off without some force. I’ve tried to actually remove it. I’m sure I can when I really need it off but not going anywhere for now.Like some of the other customers, I did have a problem with the back breaking off. However, they have excellent customer support and they are sending me another one. They have a very good warranty. Even with the problem I had, I ordered another one for my car. I initially ordered two, one for someone else and that one is still fine.

   This is the best product for holding a cell phone that I’ve used. Purchases for other mounts were too flimsy and the vent attachment was very crude. Although I was looking for a magnetic mount, I decided to try a holder instead. That’s mainly because the case I have is not smooth on the back and would likely create adhesion issues for any type of metal plate used for a magnetic type mount. This holder attached nicely to the vent in my SUV. Quite unique actually because the blades of the vent mount are wider than most with a rubberized pad and it is tightened with a locking switch. I plan to use the suction mount if the vent mount ever breaks but that likely will be a long time coming. I’d definitely buy from the same company again.
