I rec’d the first one and wasn’t thrilled with having to use both hands to release and hold the phone. Also, my phone rocked a little bit in the holder. Might not have bothered most but it bothered me. I requested a return and it was granted without issue. What ABSOLUTELY blew me away was the customer service that followed!!! The VANMASS Store is TOP NOTCH! First, they apologized that I had a less than stellar experience. Secondly, they asked what they could do to make it right asking me detailed questions to get to know me, my needs/expectations. Next, they sent another product to me and asked for me to provide feedback. Well…they listened and the new one was PERFECTION!!!!! I could go on and on about this company. Customer Service is a thing of the past but not with VANMASS Store!!!! I wish they sold so many more items because they would have a loyal customer in me for life!! Thank-you VANMASS!!!!!

I have used a lot of different car phone holders. They all claim to provide a sturdy mount with good adhesion, but they don’t.However, this new phone holder from VANMASS is totally awesome. First of all, it is built very well built the manufacturing of this product is excellent. I really love the design of this product as well, very user friendly and easy to use.Also, another great plus of this product is the suction cup base mount. It is very, very strong and you will not have to worry about the suction coming undone.Once again, I really love this product and I bought two, one for each of my cars.I would also like to mention VANMASS has an excellent website, and their Customer Service is wonderful.THANKS AGAIN!

The reusable suction cup worked great for me on the dashboard (with disk) and windshield. When used with disk, suction cup should not be removed as disk may come off since it is only for one time use. The air vent clip also works well. It has a flip switch with three positions to tighten and is much easier for me to use than the screw.The service, support and communication with VANMASS was a great experience and I was very happy with the way I was treated.

Great Phone Holder. Once applied to the pad in my car, I never had to move or adjust, and the unit never moved. The only thig better than this phone holder was the Customer Service (Krista). I originally asked for a replacement pad to put in a new car, but the unit was damaged taking out of the old car. Krista sent me a replacement unit right away and worked with me until everything was working. Would definitely recommend!!

This stand has made following the navigation system on my phone so much easier and safer! I can’t imagine driving without one now. I also had a slight problem with my order and VANMASS provided quick and amazing customer service. They readily helped me solve my issues in no time. I’ve had the stand for a while now and have had zero problems. The suction power/adhesion is great, even in very high or low temperatures. It also has several different joints that make it easy to have my phone exactly where I want it.

I’ve used phone mounts before and always went cheap with them and never liked them. Always falling and moving and more of a pain than a benefit.This phone mount on the other hand has a great feel and you can notice the quality immediately. It’s super sturdy and very versatile.Then I had to get ahold of customer service for an error on my part and they resolved the issue and were extremely polite and understanding!I’ll never go elsewhere. 10 out of 10

I purchased this phone holder for my wife but unfortunately, the grip on the phone broke on the first try. The supervisor of VANMASS contacted me a few days after reporting my product to Amazon and I was sent a brand new, upgraded product to replace my broken item. I’m so pleased they’re great customer service to rectify the problem
