I’m writing this review on my moms account. I bought this helmet because it was affordable and I wanted something nice for my 110 that I recently got as well. Once I ordered this helmet I went to Temecula Motorsport and I tried it on just to make sure this is what I wanted and it was everything I could ask for and more. It was even comfortable in the store when it wasn’t broken in. I’ve had this helmet for abt a month now and I still love it. It’s even more comfortable now that it’s broken in And I love it. Not to mention the breathability on this helmet is awesome and it looks awesome when you have it one. Highly recommend this helmet for any of you either on a budget or looking for a great helmet!

I wear a 7 1/8 hat, always have, and even now for sure, and this description claims that would be a Medium. I wanted this bought to be a size larger on purpose to accomodate my 2way radio earphones, for at least a 7 3/8 size (a Large) per the description. It is still way too small. It will not fit on my head at all even without the earphones. The size description is definitely inaccurate, by at least two sizes, maybe three or worse. I may try to repurchase at 2 sizes larger, but I don’t trust even that to fit, due to how the first try was so very wrong and not even close to my actual true hat size. It’s a shame, as I would otherwise love the helmet. My time and effort involved in returning this is substantial, I have to drive at least 7 miles to get to a dropoff, and I have no printer to print the label that is going to be an extra expense and hassle on me. What a pain. Had I known in advance, I would not have wasted my valuable time and risked the extra $20+ this is costing me to NOT have a helmet.

I have had two other Fox V1 helmets in a Large size that fit great, were comfortable and have done their job in crashes. This one in a Large size was much smaller. Will need to go at least one size larger.

Listen to the reviews that say this helmet runs a bit small. Used it 6 or 7 times now and it gives me a headache every time because it fits so tight. I’m hoping it will pack out and loosen up a bit over time

So I’m normally a medium when it comes to helmets all helmets I have used/tried fit perfectly not too tight not too lose but this helmet is kinda tight I’m sure the padding will soften up bit then get a little loose but just a heads up

Helmet does run a little small, I normally wear a large but upsized to an XL helmet and it fits great. Design is cool as well. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of is the visor are just push in, and they can pop off. Older style had plastic screws besides that it’s an awesome helmet
