I contacted the seller with shipping questions. Sara, the associate I spoke with, was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend buying from this company. The 110cc 4-wheeler I bought is a great little machine. Mechanic husband says it was a good purchase. I bought it for my 8 year old daughter, but her older brothers like it too. So, I bought another 125cc a couple days ago.We have not adjusted the speed governor because it’s just right for now. We have a relatively flat area in our yard so she hasn’t had too much difficulty traversing it so far, unless her older brother gets on with her then it slows down quite a bit. She’s 56lbs. and he’s 80lbs. It’s perfect for her weight. She should get a few years out of this cute little machine, then we can pass it along to another little one. Be sure that your initial battery charge is for 6-8 hours. We charged for 45 minutes and it cranked right up… but the next day we had to charge again for half an hour to get it to crank… and the same the next day… Don’t be impatient like me, just charge it for the recommended time and it will be fine. 🙂

My son loves this quad, and he won’t stop bugging me to ride it!! You do need to be mechanically inclined to put it together, although, it is very straight forward. I know some people have had problems with this, and I too, had an initial problem with the carburetor wanting to stall. I rectified this by turning the fuel adjustment screw all the way clockwise (up), just enough until it stopped – not tightly – so it idled high, and it started fine. While it’s running, you will need to then turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise (down), until you reach your desired idle. In my opinion knowing a good deal about engines is, while you are turning the screw down, pick the rear end of the quad up occasionally, and see if the rear wheels are spinning. You will need to adjust the screw down until the wheels stop because if you don’t, then your quad will want to “lurch” forward.This is the only issue I had, but other-than-that, this quad is fast and fun for my son to ride. It is well worth the money to make your children happy!!

I bought two of these 4 wheelers for my grandsons who are 7 and 10. They absolutely love them and get a lot of riding in since I am in the country. Both were very excited to get the upgrade. I have a smaller 4 wheeler that is being saved for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. Someone asked how much it weighed and I incorrectly said around 50 lbs. My son told me the actual weight is 165. However, my grandsons handles them well and can get them out of mud if need be.

Got these for Christmas. So far the kids love them. They were shipped in steel crates so no damage occurred. The carrier company called and scheduled delivery and all went smoothly. My husband (who is mechanically inclined) said they were really easy to assemble. They started right up and run really well so far. Be sure to follow instructions regarding changing the factory oil. The accelerator can be throttled down with a screw so the bike won’t go really fast. Picture shows my almost 7 year old (tall for her age) and my 3 year old. Both are able to handle it well and love them. The 3 year old’s is throttled down to not allow full speed. But take note, my 3 year old is very well coordinated so driving comes natural to him. Overall, best Christmas presents, great value, great bikes!

It took me awhile to get it started. Making sure the fuel line was open and not to mention the line coming from the tank to the carb was kinked.I had to unlink it until I just replaced it. Not cool when it’s brand new. But once it got going it was good fun and a great training vehicle with the adjustable throttle.

Bought this for my birthday boy and it’s been interesting to say the least.The chain broke, idols on high and needed fine tuning, and it wouldn’t start after assembly. Turns out the emergency stop was on. When it turns on it’s great! A lot of tiny issues keep arising. Very irritating when it’s not a month old and things are breaking/ not working!!!

Bought three of these for Xmas. There were no instructions in any of them. Thinking the CD has them but who wants to find a computer that even has a CD player to go watch how to put them together. Not much to assemble so a sheet with instructions should be easy.
